{Sneak Peek} of NEW bridal pieces for the wedding line!!

At the end of this month, I will be working with Aurora Vilchis on a bridal shoot and releasing some new hairpieces for the shop! I am sooo excited to be creating new pieces for brides to love and I can't wait until they are all complete.
I have been working late into the wee hours to finish some of these pretties and I have big plans for those I haven't started just yet.
Here's a {tiny} peek into a new bridal line.

What are your favorite bridal hairpiece styles?

New Hairpieces + DIY Chalkboard + Flowers at a Tea Party

I feel like last week I blew up the "blog feed" with a post almost every day. Lately though, I have been a bit absent from the feed but that doesn't mean I was necessarily taking a break. Lately, I have been getting orders done, I lead a very humbling mission by sharing God's love with the homeless, and even worked on a few things for a gorgeous photo shoot with Vilchis Squared. Not to mention, I even did some yard work! :)

Here are a couple orders that went in the mail recently.

This piece was made to be worn for a bridal shower. It's a smaller version of this piece from my shop. It was created using ivory magnolia petals, lace, chiffon, pearls, a skeleton leaf, an ivory marabou feather, some french veiling and a crystal brooch for the center. I just adore this hairpiece!

These fun sparkle bows were also completed for a few sorority sisters who belong to Delta Delta Delta. We came up with the idea to attach 3 triangle swarovski crystals to the center of each (since the Greek letter for delta is a triangle shape).

I also hung a new little piece of decor in my craft room. I got this cute DIY chalkboard from our Valentine Tea hosted by our women's bible study. This was made by sweet Lindsay. :)

I took some pictures for a dear friend of mine. She wanted new photos for her blog and since she is super talented and created new pieces for her shop, we covered those too.

Isn't her daughter Laila just adorable? :)

Here's one of her new crochet clutches with removable flower clip.
Get it from her shop Laila's Charming Pieces.

I also started my floral design class. So far though, I have only read the syllabus since our instructor wasn't there the first day of class. It was the day before Valentine's day which means BUSY for florists.

Speaking of flowers, I created a few different floral arrangements for a friend's photo shoot a couple nights ago.

Here's a sneak peek of the shoot! Photography + styling credit goes to {ever so talented} Aurora from Vilchis Squared. Can't wait to see the rest of the photos!

I hope your week is going well! Any fun plans? I'd love to hear about them!

{Vintage Dreams} photo shoot featuring a bridal headpiece by {Love Sparkle Pretty}

Recently, I was so fortunate to be able to work with Desiree from Desiree Shuey Photography! She contacted me to create a headpiece that would match her vision of this {Vintage Dreams} bridal photo shoot she had planned. I was so excited to get to work on something completely new for me! I created a bridal cap using delicate lace, pearls and gold detail. I completely love how this piece turned out and love even more how it coordinated with the gorgeous dress Desiree used for the shoot (which was her moms wedding gown)! The ever so lovely Mindy modeled it beautifully along with hair and makeup done by Vanessa of MUAH by Vanessa Irizarry. LOVE!
Colette of Brier Rose created all of the florals for this shoot. I am in AWE of her work! Swoon worthy right?!
 Here is a peak at this gorgeous shoot!

Want to know why else Desiree is so awesome?
Look at this super cute "glitter love globe" she made me for Valentine's day! SO SWEET!!

Hope your Valentine's day is as wonderful as mine!
After a morning "Valentine Tea" with women's bible study, it's now time to spend the day with the husband at the theater and grab some lunch! :)
{Have a beautiful Day!}

Real Wedding: Daisy and Peter {featuring a Love Sparkle Pretty bridal hairpiece}

About 2 months back, a bride contacted me to create her a custom hairpiece for her wedding day. I was so excited because this bride was a familiar face. :) I met Daisy (the bride) through my best friend Crystal. Crystal recommended Daisy to me to do my hair for my wedding day (which was almost 2 years ago) and she did such an amazing job!
So, I was really excited to get back in touch with her and return the favor of creating something beautiful for her wedding day.

...I love how happy they both look!! :D

I created her piece with ivory magnolia petals, ivory and white marabou feathers, bits of birdcage veiling, ivory chiffon, and a pretty crystal brooch for the center.

Thank you so much again Daisy!
You and your husband make such a beautiful couple and I wish you both a very blessed and very happy marriage. :)

Lots of new pieces created!!

It's funny, although I announced that was I "back from my break" in my last post, my blog has not seen a single new post since then!

{P.S. Thank you so much for your guys' love & support too! Whether it was a beautiful comment you sent me, an email, phone call, or just simply following and reading my posts--I really appreciate it!}

Sorry for such quiet time around here...
I really have been quite the busy little lady outside of the bloggy world!

I wanted to share what I have created recently and what I am still working on (although not every piece will be shown).
I made this custom boutonniere for a wedding in Canada this past week. The bride contacted me with a unique design and I put my own little creativity into it and
{TADA}!
It's certainly not like any other design I have made before. Love it!
I made this matching set for my good friend and her little girl on the way. It's a momma flower and a baby headband made from pink chiffon fabric, black marabou feathers, and black glass beads.

This is a custom bridal piece I am working on for a wedding in Australia. I added a bit of detail to match the brides dress with handsewn beads, lace, satin, chiffon, crystals and feathers. When the piece is completely done, I will post more about it! It is a bit of a different version of "Perfect Elegance" which is available here in the shop!

This is a custom headband made for a 3 year old flower girl in a wedding coming up this weekend. It turned out so stinkin' cute with light pink peony petals, champagne and ivory lace, pearl detail, a crystal brooch, and ivory stretch lace for the headband.

I sent out this dainty rosette necklace to my blog giveaway winner--Desirae from Going with the flow. :)
I made this custom dainty rosette necklace for a wonderful customer in Germany. She asked for red rosettes with turquiose beads and I made just that! You can purchase your own rosette necklace here in the shop. :)

I made this custom wedding hairpiece to match a brides wedding dress sash with a polka dot guinea feathers and chiffon. I love the layers of the light and airy petals!

I also sent out another "Tiffany" hairpiece which is one of the "original" pieces from
Love Sparkle Pretty.

As you can tell, It may look like I was still on a break but my poor blog has been the only one to suffer inactivity.
On top of these pieces (I also have a few more I am working on), I just started summer school this week!
DUN-DUN-DUUUNNNNNN

I'm hoping that my Nursing Pharmacology class will still allow me somewhat of a normal summer. We shall see about that though...so far, not looking like it.
In a positive light, I have a family reunion to attend this weekend! :)
Got to love those right? :)
I'm actually quite excited! I wonder how many "crazy" stories there will be?!?!

{Have a BEAUTIFUL weekend!}

David and Milia's GORGEOUS colorful wedding--with a Love Sparkle Pretty bridal piece :)

This morning, I got an email from Milia--a wonderful customer who asked me to create a custom bridal piece for her big day. I used an ivory and mustard yellow color palette and created a birdcage veil for her.
{You can read more about it in my past post--here}
I was so excited to see some of the photos that she sent me!
She made such a STUNNING bride and her wedding theme and decor was absolutely GORGEOUS!
This spring wedding is so precious and the day looks like it couldn't have been more perfect.
These amazing photos were taken by Him & Her Photography!

I had to share!

{enjoy}

The details of their wedding are just beautiful! So cheerful, colorful, & thoughtful! You can tell that a lot of {love} went into the planning of this wedding.

At each table, the bride and groom wrote a promise to each other on chalkboards. Such a great idea!
My favorite is "I promise to warm your hands when they are cold " from David. SOOOO romantic!

Congrats to David and Milia on your marriage!
I wish you all the very best and THANK YOU again so very much for giving me the opportunity to create a custom piece for your special day!
It really means a lot!
