Yesterday, I spent the evening playing "photographer" behind the camera. It's something that I don't often do but it's another love of mine. My truly amazing friend's Crystal and Tara joined me on a little adventure in the dessert as we scouted for some glorious lighting to showcase a new headband I just created for LSP. I also photographed some cozy fall pieces created by Tara of Laila's Charming Pieces.

Inspired by the Art Deco and 1920's era, this classic tie-back headband has just been added to the shop. I'm in love with the beaded details in this piece! Wear it with your favorite fall wardrobe choices or elegant nights out. Get it in the shop here.

This season has brought much more productivity not only for me but for my talented friend Tara of Laila's Charming Pieces as well. She has been working so hard lately getting new fall essentials made for her shop and the upcoming Penelope Lane Boutique which is on September 27!! She seriously makes me even more excited for the cooler season ahead with her warm and comforting adornments.

A {sweet} engagement featuring a {Blooming Headband} from Love Sparkle Pretty!!!!!

I wanted to share an amazing engagement photo shoot that a friend of mine styled and featured one of the {Blooming Headbands} from the Love Sparkle Pretty shop!

This past week, my friend Aurora from Vilchis Squared purchased a headband to use for a client of hers. She did such a beautiful job and the couple-- Tereneh & Ryan looked ADORABLE together!
Sara Lucero also did an amazing job photographing these pictures! The lighting is divine and the moments between Tereneh & Ryan are so sweet.
Martha, from Martha does makeup did a wonderful job creating a natural, yet captivating look.
And do you see that luscious, curly hair?!!! Ashley Jael is to thank for the hair styling! Gorgeous couple!

These little beauties are made with silk petals that have been hand cut, shaped and sewn together on a black elastic head band. Each flower measures ~2" in diameter & has 3 black glass beads sewn in the center. The elastic head band won't "ride up" when wearing it and is really comfortable!

{Pretty Pretty Bebe} A new line to Love Sparkle Pretty

This past week I created a new line to Love Sparkle Pretty which will now include:
{Pretty Pretty Bebe}
Hair accessories for pretty little girls from infant + !!

My first hairpieces for little girls started with adorable baby Giuliana when I created a Shabby Chic inspired piece to clip onto her little headbands.

Then, not too long ago, I created 2 coordinating daisy headbands for a set of twins {Madison & Macie} in mine & my husband's family.

Now, I have added some new pieces to the line of {Pretty Pretty Bebe} which include fabric rosettes like this piece using different patterned fabrics rolled & twisted into little roses, pearl beads sewn between them, as well as cute little charms like this antique brass bow attached to this headband :)



I was also introduced to the fun creations you can make using felt fabric and after purchasing almost every single color I can find of felt, I started cutting and sewing away creating little rossetes and flower petals! I cut and sewed every little piece together and used pearl beads and cute buttons for the center of the flowers. I then sewed the flowers to different elastic headbands (which can also be attached to clips if desired). They came out so cute and I'm very happy with them! Not to mention, they are really fun to make :)
